A new hub for event registration equipment

The warehouse holds a growing range of equipment used for onsite event registration, check-in, name badge printing, and access control, including:

• Zebra thermal printers for onsite badge printing
• Laptops and iPads for registration and check-in desks
• Zebra TC27 mobile devices for entrance scanning and attendee access control

And of course additional event technology and supporting equipment required for onsite event registration deployments wit name badge printer rental.

Keeping this equipment within the U.S. allows us to prepare and dispatch event kits locally, reducing the need for international shipments and helping us respond more efficiently to last-minute requirements.

Moving from New York to Dallas was a strategic decision. Dallas offers a highly connected central location within the United States, making it easier to reach a wide range of event destinations.
